Not at all! Whether you're brand new to fitness or getting back into a routine after a break, I meet you exactly where you are. Every program is built around your current fitness level, goals, and lifestyle. No experience required, just a willingness to show up.

Your first session is all about you. We'll start with a conversation about your goals, any injuries or limitations, and what's worked (or hasn't) for you in the past. From there, we'll do a light movement assessment so I can design a program that's safe, effective, and built specifically for your body.

Less than you might think. Most programs can be run with minimal equipment. I recommend a pair of dumbbells, and a mat will cover a lot of ground. If you have a fully equipped home gym, that even better. If you're working with a small space and limited gear, I'll build a fitness program around what you have available.

Both! I work with clients in-person and virtually, so no matter where you're located, we can make it work. Online training is fully supported with programming, video guidance, and regular check-ins.
