April March is a CanFitPro-certified Personal Training Specialist with over 15 years of experience delivering personalized, results-driven fitness. As the founder of her boutique training practice, she works with clients both in-person and online, creating tailored programs designed to elevate performance, confidence, and long-term wellness.

Her approach is shaped by an elite background in professional dance, having trained with leading institutions including the National Ballet School in Toronto, the Royal Winnipeg Ballet School, Quinte Ballet School, and the Joffrey Ballet in New York City. This foundation brings a refined focus on precision, movement quality, and strength to every session.

April holds an Honours Bachelor of Arts in Dance from the University of Waterloo, with studies in kinesiology, anatomy, and sport-specific training—blending science with artistry to deliver safe, effective, and intelligent programming.

Her certifications span TRX, BOSU, Resist-A-Ball, core conditioning, interval training, and bootcamp programming, complemented by CPR certification. She has also led as a Fitness Director and Head Trainer, overseeing program development and mentoring trainers.

A passionate runner, April has completed countless 5K, 10K, and half-marathon races with standout performance and placed in the top 1% of the Ms. Health & Fitness North American competition. Her experience fuels her ability to help clients build endurance, push limits, and achieve more than they thought possible.

Specializing in strength training, weight loss, running, and cardiovascular conditioning, April designs dynamic, evolving workouts using tools like dumbbells, BOSU trainers, and stability balls.
