With a strong background in ballet dance, she brings a lifelong passion for movement, proper form, and helping clients build strength, confidence, and grace.

She stays current with the latest training methods to provide high-quality, personalized fitness support.

Her specialties include weight loss, strength training, running, cardiovascular fitness, and long-term wellness. Training primarily with dumbbells, BOSU balls, and stability balls, she designs customized programs around each client's fitness goals.

  • Not at all! Whether you're brand new to fitness or getting back into a routine after a break, I meet you exactly where you are. Every program is built around your current fitness level, goals, and lifestyle. No experience required, just a willingness to show up.

  • Your first session is all about you. We'll start with a conversation about your goals, any injuries or limitations, and what's worked (or hasn't) for you in the past. From there, we'll do a light movement assessment so I can design a program that's safe, effective, and built specifically for your body.

  • Less than you might think. Most programs can be run with minimal equipment. I recommend a pair of dumbbells, and a mat will cover a lot of ground. If you have a fully equipped home gym, that even better. If you're working with a small space and limited gear, I'll build a fitness program around what you have available.

  • Both! I work with clients in-person and virtually, so no matter where you're located, we can make it work. Online training is fully supported with programming, video guidance, and regular check-ins.

  • I offer a range of options to fit different goals and budgets, from single sessions to monthly training packages. Contact me for current pricing. I'm happy to walk you through what's available and help you find the best fit.

  • Yes. Life is busy and schedules change. I offer morning, afternoon, and some evening availability and do my best to accommodate your schedule. Consistency is key to results, so making sessions work for your life is a priority for me.
