With a strong background in ballet dance, she brings a lifelong passion for movement, proper form, and helping clients build strength, confidence, and grace.

She stays current with the latest training methods to provide high-quality, personalized fitness support.

Her specialties include weight loss, strength training, running, cardiovascular fitness, and long-term wellness. Training primarily with dumbbells, BOSU balls, and stability balls, she designs customized programs around each client's fitness goals.

Offering in-person and online fitness training with flexible rates to make fitness accessible to anyone ready to start their journey.
